The 2011 Tree Shade Summer Project allowed the Tree House community to understand what it means to be an artist, a gardener, and a chef. Through reading, writing, the arts, cooking with real chefs, and taking field trips to view public art pieces, everyone worked together with the shared goal of re-imagining and improving the city!

During Magazine Workshop on Wednesday, April 1st, Mr. Joseph taught us about the Blues. We listened to some classic Blues, learned about where it came from, and even wrote our own Blues songs wiith the help of Mr. Joseph, his harmonica, and guitar.
