Community Events & Playhouse Theatre

Tree House hosts special events every month, providing a space where members of the community can share their ideas, artwork, concerns, and writing. Some of our monthly events have included holiday parties, open mic readings, film screenings, round-table discussions, and art workshops.

The Playhouse at Tree House Books is our small storefront theater. We’ve hosted performances by Temple students and local artists. Tree House’s Playhouse space is available for rental to individuals and organizations for community events, birthday parties, showers, graduation parties, performances, and meetings.  If you or your organization is interested in renting the Tree House Playhouse, please contact us at info@treehousebooks.org.
